The Spin and Propaganda has started already.

This is a designed-delay. Cameron will be said to be losing confidence in Lansley. He will be said to "listen carefully" to Lib Dem rebels, NHS executives - in fact anyone who lets it seem that the Enemies of The NHS are actually trying their damndest to make it better and stronger, and not destroy it.

After all, they do want a second Administration.

Spin, pure Spin.

The fatcat is about to give the patient the kiss of death rather than the kiss of life.

These 'reforms' need to be kicked far into the long grass. Cameron's bandaid won't save the patient.

It's the Tory Austerity-Time Saline Drip. Made by the Big Society at the Waste Recycling Plant

Somewhat belatedly, the Feudal Poodle realises that the NHS isn't the only thing being rushed to the morgue. He and his entourage are headed in the same direction, and his face-saving band aid isn't going to help.

The clock is ticking, posh boy.

Your comment made me wonder of you might be familiar with the work of MC NxtGen. I heartily recommend it to all who visit CIF.

Great cartoon - but where's Gideon? Shouldn't he be running alongside with a big fuckoff scalpel to carry out his death of a thousand cuts?
Anyhoo, so they'll delay for a while, then go ahead with it anyway after making one or two minor concessions to make them look like they're a 'reasonable' bunch. The ConDem scum without a mandate are robbing us blind, stealing and flogging off everything in sight - and laughing at us while they do it. NEW ELECTION NOW!

Hit the nail on the head as ever Martin. Yes they're a joke aren't they - only what they have done and are continuing to do as they take the piss is no laughing matter. What a bunch of blind, arrogant, incompetent fools. God help the NHS as they for sure aren't going to.

A three month delay - why so they can attend the Royal Wedding and play war games and then get back to what they were doing before. Oh yes I'm sure a three month delay is going to make us all feel a bit better. Try telling that to all the nurses and hospital departments that have already been adversely effected not to mention the patients. How about just admitting its all a farce and ripping up the plan and starting again or better still revert to how it was before they stuck their oar in. And all this before we even dare consider how much funding they've wasted on what they've done so far. Unbelievable.

Next stop. A reconsideration of all things Gove inspired as 'Free Schools' and education policy start to crumble before our very eyes..... and so it will continue on and on and on. Oh and by the way everyone did you hear that much hidden news item a few days ago about how repossessions are now at their highest level since the recession back in 2009. There goes their economic policy too. Just got to get rid of them also now and all will be well or as well as can be expected in the given circumstances. Please let this nightmare be over before the country is wrecked. Their end must surely be nigh.

Ive reached the conclusion that Modern Govts create chaos pureley to keep ..private agencies ..think tanks ..special advisors ..in working lunches and lavish lifestyles
Its the new gravy train..perpetual change in order to perpetuate jobs for the elite

this is what we now face ..perpetual change for change sake and nowt changes for the better

apart from Fat cats getting fatter behind Gated Mansions... on Govt contracts ..while delivering even more chaos ..which breeds more oppurtunity for another ..agency advisor etc ad infinitum
