Martin Dunkerton's debut feature Brothers is an Ibiza Uncovered/Is Harry on the Boat?-type caper, with a hint of a coming-of-age drama about a group of friends who after that summer were never the same again, etc. It's cliched, with some naff Fatboy Slim on the soundtrack, ponderous emotional moments and sub-OU riffs about philosophers. Dunkerton now needs to show he can move on from this derivative, shallow material.
