Leeds Action

This site was for a local university-based volunteering group. While quite childish in tone, I am currently engaged on a rebrand (by request of the group) - fine by me! I inherited the logo and colour scheme when starting the job and am keen to introduce a more modern and edgy look to the site.

Again, backend runs off a custom-written CMS including live data sorting tables for membership lists and WYSIWYG blog posts. Perhaps most useful to members is the 'Action Hero' quiz - a set of questions asking the user their preferences in volunteering terms, which recommends projects for the user based on their choices. This function was later developed into a Facebook application which placed the user's resulting choices on their profile, alongside an Action 'tab' which displayed the latest news and events.
